Hello, I’m Joseph — a Creative Director and Exhibit & Experiential Designer with 25+ years of experience creating branded environments, trade show exhibits, and experiential experiences.

I work across concept, design, visualization, presentation, and production — collaborating with creative teams and project partners to shape ideas, solve problems, and bring them through to execution.

For the past two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of design, marketing, and experiential storytelling — developing environments and experiences for national and international brands.

My work ranges from large-scale trade show exhibits and branded environments to retail, events, activations, 3D visualization, photography, video, and motion graphics. I enjoy being involved early in the process, translating an idea into something that can be communicated, sold, designed, built, and experienced.

As Creative Director at Nationwide 360, I lead the creative process from initial concept through presentation and production, working closely with sales, account management, engineering, production, marketing, and clients. I’ve also built and directed creative and marketing initiatives within the company, while continuing to work hands-on as a designer and visual storyteller.

Outside of commercial work, I maintain an active studio practice as an encaustic painter, exploring materiality, perception, and the human figure. My work has been exhibited regionally and is held in museum collections.
